    I'm not too sure on this, but I once heard that the dates on the products were not so much when they expired, but a guideline to tell stores how long they can keep the product.

    So, the store can sell them until 2/20, but you can probably eat the bread as long as no mold in it. just a more accurate wording on "expiration date."
